Cyber-G, Magpul and Redwolf…All Together Now….???

WHAT DOES THIS EQUAL?   Good partners, a reset for airsoft, or just a another “missed approach” into the “Death Star?”

Arnie’s Airsoft Masada Topic thread, that got this all started: RIGHT HERE

Redwolf’s Product Page: HERE IT IS

E-Hobby Asia’a A&K Product Page…for comparison and contrasts…make up your own mind, but the price is sure different!: HERE IT IS

Magpul’s Corporate Website: RIGHT HEREWith “brand family” listings that show PTS as part of their brand…nothing like the official word from the top!

There must be some HUGE amount of irony within this topic when Magpul’s slogan is “UNFAIR ADVANTAGE”

We’ll be doing some more research and reporting in!

UPDATES: OK, this seems to have raised the hackles of some of the trolls on forums….so lets share the TRUE, Direct from the source info…and some NOT-ANONYMOUS comments from Thumpy’s FACEBOOK PAGE on this…

Dear XXXX,

Arclight is still off for the Easter holidays. I’m the webmaster but I can give you the quick answer.

We have been requested by Cybergun to follow their MSRP pricing for this model – which is the price you see posted on our website. Cybergun is the supplier for this gun, and we must respect their wishes (based on our terms and conditions with them) in selling at their MSRP.

We do realize this price is very expensive and have given feedback to Cybergun about this.

Thanks
RedWolf Airsoft

ADDED CLARIFICATION:

RedWolf is an official distributor for Cybergun. For this model, the Masada, we have been requested by Cybergun to follow their MSRP pricing – which is the price you see posted on our website. Given that Cybergun is the supplier for this gun, we must respect their wishes and follow their MSRP. We do give feedback to suppliers from time to time when their pricing may make them uncompetitive, and we will definitely do so in this case.

Note:  Sorry some readers and posters at Arnies’ read more or less into this than I intended…was only trying to be a productive member of the community, get the companies to see this and hopefully respond directly to it…I got the e-mail above, and one other poster (StarMonkee) got word from Magpul PTS.  Still waiting for word on this from Cybergun and from A&K…don’t know if they will respond or not.  Again, apologies for any miscommunication.

THUMPY….OVER
